We are looking for a Work collaboratively Initiatives Engineer to join our growing team in Lagos.
This position is critical in assisting Customers Associates by supplying pre-sales specialized skill to mid-market and enterprise customers.
You’ll be in charge of comprehension customer needs, endorsing tailored initiatives using the organization’s product suite, and making sure a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.
The preferred candidate is technically sound, service-oriented, and excels within a cooperative and dynamic environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, execution professionals, and work collaboratively networks to lead initiative adoption and client fulfillment.

Engage with the Customers Associates and enterprise customers to comprehend organizational needs and endorse appropriate initiatives.
Carry out pre-sales technical meeting and supply product demos tailored to customer needs.
Produce and show captivating business-related and technical proposals, which includes pricing, capabilities, and consolidation assist.
Help associates and customers in organizing and designing architecture and processes using the organization’s product project sample.
Supply development sessions and technical demonstrations internally and externally.
Serve as a bridge between the client and the execution/project teams to guarantee smooth dispatch scene changes.
Work alongside Product Management to relay client response, function requests, and system problems.
Support to system manuals, sales collateral, and initiative design frameworks.
Stay updated with product status reports, industry trends, and rival initiatives.

Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, Engineering, or relevant field.
2–5 years of expertise in a similar position (technical pre-sales, initiatives engineering, or technical consultancy).
Expertise operating with SaaS channels or cloud-based business applications will be an added advantage.
Deep knowledge of APIs, system unification, data flows, and cloud architectures.
Clear articulation and public speaking, with the capability to simplify sophisticated technical creative thoughts for multifaceted target groups.
Capability to oversee various projects and participants at the same time.
Robust logical and issue resolution mentality.
Understanding with business application suites is a plus.

Expertise assisting channel or work collaboratively-guided sales is highly preferred.
Practical understanding of CRMs, ERPs, or project coordination software.
Capability to manage customer objections and think on your feet.
Enthusiasm for tech and uninterrupted learning.
