Job Description
Core Processes / Duties
- Recognize and engage sponsors and associates to assist LEAP Africa's program and programs.
- Engage in project, product and service design and their execution in delivering the organisational targets.
- Assist the formulation and execution of program plans that match with the company’s plan, which includes the promotion and financial plan.
- Assist the creative invention of LEAP Africa's curricula by compelling in the R & D of authentic expert influence materials for LEAP Africa's records, program documented guides and Publications.
- Oversee the financial plan for allocated projects/program and ensure the transparent and productive use of the company’s capital and assets.
- Formulate system-level support materials targeted at making secondary education work in Nigeria; Conceptualisation and development of expert influence materials which includes articles, opinion pieces, and payments to the company’s analysis goods.
- Formulate proposals and idea notes for LEAP Africa's program; Preserve and establish new strategic connections with possibility associates and oversee current connections; Organize periodic documentation for funders, participants and backers on allocated program and LEAP Africa's initiatives.
- Lead expert influence on initiatives connected with youth development- Initiatives comprise of carrying out analysis, drafting articles and carrying out speaking collaborations.
- Coordinate LEAP Africa's development program with associates and recipients across Nigeria and Africa.
- Offer supervisory assist to other team members allocated to projects you oversee.
- Answer to and collaborate with the Top level Program Organizer in the fulfilment of all your position duty and outputs.
- Engage in other duty that may emerge as a result of the growth of the company and as allocated by your manager(s).
Qualifications
- Bsc in any site. (Master's degree / Master of business administration is a plus).
- 4 years + of related experience as a proficient specialist in program design and dispatch, with proven expertise in syllabus development and capital raising.
- High performer with proven expertise in plan implementation, designing and creating documentation for management, and top teams and businesses.
- Capability to carry out participant evaluation and documentation to strengthen strategic collaborations and leveraging on assets.
- A self-starter with the capability to transition projects to scale with strong level of effect.
- High level of creativeness, people skills, analytical abilities, bargaining ability, sound judgement and dedicated attitude.
- Skilled in the use of MS Workspace suites, google suite, records entry and evaluation competencies.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to think holistically about the company’s purpose and bottom lines.
- Clear articulation and speaking competencies, an influencer with the capability to supply demonstrations at key industry events.
- Entrepreneurial in nature and initiative-driven.
- Key eye for description and findings.
