• Center for Support, Transparency, and Responsibility Plan (CATAI), founded in 2018, is a registered NGO with a chief workspace in Maiduguri, Borno State, with workspaces across Yobe and Adamawa states.
• We possess been visible in Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe states executing projects in educational studies, protection (child/GBV), WaSH, nutrition, empowerment/livelihood, compliance, and peacebuilding.
• Our approach is in sync with our purpose to improve service dispatch and empower citizens through our humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding nexus (HDP).
• CATAI is devoted to optimizing service dispatch through citizen empowerment.

• This project will be executed by the Centre for Support, Transparency, and Responsibility Plan (CATAI) in collaboration with the Unique Care and Aid effort (CASFOD).
• CATAI will head the execution of WASH and child protection interventions across Bama and Damboa LGAs.
• This joint response goals to handle critical humanitarian needs resulting from widespread displacement, service disruption, and food insecurity, which are intensifying vulnerabilities among dispute-affected populations.
• The combined project will reach 38,480 direct recipients with gender-responsive and age-suitable interventions across all sectors.
• Programming will concentration on restoring entry to life-saving solutions, reducing the risk of disease and malnutrition, optimizing child well-being, and reinforcing local capacity for long-term viability.
• The project main targets is to reduce Mal_nutrition,WASH-associated diseases, and child protection risks among at risk populations in Bama and Damboa LGAs through combined, group-guided Child Protection, and WASH interventions that restore entry to life-saving solutions, strengthen local response operational structures, and improve adaptability during the 2025 lean.

Inter-Agency Synchronization:

Build and preserve efficient connections with primary stakeholders, which includes group key stakeholders, Nonprofit organizations, UN agencies, local associates, and government entities which includes NEMA and SEMA, to promote multi-agency partnership. Communicate data from synchronization sessions to guarantee alignment and a divided comprehension of child protection key focuses and needs. Stand for the company in child protection-associated synchronization sessions, both within and outside the organization, and actively engage in discussions.

M&E:

• Help in supervising and analyzing child protection programs by assisting the execution of tracking software and data collection operational structures.
• Routinely evaluate and clean data from site sites, making sure precision and thoroughness for status updates purposes.
• Offer on a weekly basis and every month advancement documentation to the Child Protection Programme Organizer, recognizing hurdles, successes, and strategic guidance.
• Carry out site visits to programme sites to track programme quality, assist site employees, and evaluate the performance of interventions.

Credentials

• Academic qualification or Certification in Community-related Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of expertise in child protection, community-related solutions, or humanitarian programming.
• Deep knowledge of child protection principles, case management, and safe referral pathways.
• Expertise operating in a multi-agency, diverse environment.
• Robust development, facilitation, and capacity-building competencies.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies in [insert language(s)].
• Capability to commute routinely to site sites.

Valuable abilities:

• Expertise in psychosocial assist programming or gender-based violence (GBV) interventions.
• Expertise in local child protection operational structures and legislation.
