Tech Deploying Officer - Leading Feed Mills at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Ibadan, Oyo

Position Objective

In charge of deploying and supervising of advanced tools by offering IT assistance to business development team to emplace trust in Topfeeds goods in the appointed region.

Duties

• Execute and track technologically creative programs and extend creative invention/development to farmer by offering development and direction to farmers on how to attain best return from Topfeeds goods in the allocated region.
• In charge of supervising the initiatives/journey strategy of the Tech Deploying Officer in allocated region through adequate oversight of programs which aids B2B of Topfeeds goods.
• Offer IT assistance to the business development team in the allocated region by swiftly responding to farm crises, actively engage in Go-To-Market (GTM) and other information exchange sessions to enhance the commitment of farmers/clients to Topfeeds goods.
• Oversee the technological interface between management and clients/farmers by collecting and collating data and documentation from the site and status updates same for executive review for efficient strategic judgment.
• Execute other processes as ordered by the Management.

Credentials / Expertise

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or associated certification. At least three years’ expertise in a similar position, ideally in the FMCG or food industry.

• Be initiative-driven and results-driven.
• Be structured and competent of organizing, carrying out, and directing site programs and product exhibitions.
• Have competence in Office productivity software resources.
