Overview

As the Supply assistant, you will collaborate with the Logistics manager to strategize oversee and coordinate the entire stock chain needs/qualifications of the organization which includes managing supplies across all sites and branches, coordinating with with logistics companies/vendors, coordinating stocks, and other fleet matters to supply goods on due dates. You will be charged with the duty asisting withrunning the storekeeping and inventory management of the goods shipment, assembled and materials/parts received into the warehouse.

Duties

• Strategic organizing and management of logistics, warehouse, transportation and client support with other stock team.
• Help the Logistics Manager in monitoring andmonitoring excellent quality, quantity, inventory levels, dispatch times, transport expenses, and effectiveness.
• Arranging warehouse, categorizing goods, organizing routes, and processing shipments.
• Dealing with and addressing any concerns or service issues that may arise.
• Proper checking of goods to recognize defectives
• Help in planing and schedulingshipments to guarantee on-time completion to clients.
• Help in Monitoring the movement, storage, and allocation of goods or materials.
• Addressing dispatch variations or postponement.
• Enhance transportation routes to reduce expenses and optimize effectiveness.
• Taking care of questions or adherence concerns connected with shipping or transportation matters.
• Making sure that shipping documents are well kept, current, and in adherence. Examples comprise of cost statements/ receipt, inventory counts, dispatch of goods, product dispatch and shipment documents,etc.
• Examining, recognizing, organizing and coordinating special logistics and warehousing methods or processes which includes making sure that precise and finalize accounting, status updates, and internal regulate operational structures are functioning and that supporting records are precisely preserved.
• In charge of tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
• Ensure materials are accordingly stored.
• Operating proactively with the billing and cash clerk in making sure and realizing efficiencies in stock management.
• Help in generatingdaily, on a weekly basis and monthly summary of all logistics and warehouse initiatives.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients to settle concerns and ensure smooth processes.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Logistics or Stock chain or any applicable field
• A minimum of 2years of demonstrated expertise as a Logistic officer
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution and planning abilities.
• Great business-related and commercial understanding
• Robust people skills
• Document of successful allocation and logistics management
• Capability to operate independently and manage various projects.
• High computer literacy and competence in Google suites.
• Must know how to lead with a valid driver permit.
• Must reside aroundOjo,Mile 2 or Abule Ado
• Good expertise in Nigeia/Lagosroad and route.
