Beverage Store officer at Ambiance in Ikeja, Lagos

Role summary

We are at present looking for a meticulous and skilled Beverage Store Keeper to oversee and supervise our beverage stock, making sure smooth processes and adherence with safety and quality benchmarks.

Primary duties

• Accept, store, and problem beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in accordance with organisation standardized processes.
• Preserve precise records of inventory levels, stock movements, and buy requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage terms and labeling of all beverage items.
• Carry out consistent inventory checks and documentation discrepancies for executive review.
• Collaborate with Food and beverage managers, suppliers, and procurement to guarantee prompt restocking
• Preserve cleanliness and company of the beverage storage zone.
• Track product shelf life and execute FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and wellness rules at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ expertise in a beverage store or inventory-keeping position inside the service sector.
• Solid understanding of beverage types, brands, and storage qualifications.
• Understanding with stock management operational structures (POS or Enterprise platform planning preferred etc.)
• Physically suit and capable to carry and lift heavy inventory items.
• Outstanding corporate and time-leadership abilities.
• Robust meticulousness and precision.
• Effective communication competencies and capability to operate independently or in a collaborative environment.
