Job Description

User Assist
Produce employee description and login entry for all employees in the banking application and Mail Steward
Educate Teams on Banking Software and Computer Applications
Diagnosing issues, diagnosing,and addressing software challenges in the bank application
End of Day/Month end /End-of-year Processing
Backup/Restore Data
Database management: SQL
Management of Guard Devices
Organize documented documents (e.g. Internal Memos, Every month Subscriptions, Documentation, Letters, Minutes)
Preserve documents and files (e.g. SLAs, Receipts)
Coordinate with I.T. Vendors/Technicians/Software supplier/ISP Vendors
Track, order and dispatch computer inventory
Oversee the Bank’s SMS portal
Preserve Error Data records
Oversee hardware system setups/Repairs (e.g. Printer, Laptop, Copier)
Track and track guard of software & hardware operational structures (e.g. Malware/Virus Scan)
Diagnosing issues and management of the Bank’s Regional location Network
Diagnosing issues of Banks relationship building and information exchange Structure (LAN, IP Phones etc.)
Evaluation and assessments audit findings and follows up with IT systems support teams to guarantee on-time settlement
