Role summary

The Store officer is in charge of the productive and structured management of stock, inventory, and inventory in a in-store store or warehouse.

Primary duties

• Stock Management: Preserve and modify stock records, which includes inventory levels, ordering, and restocking.
• Company: Keep the store or warehouse well-structured, making sure easy entry to goods and productive storage.
• Quality assurance: Examine incoming shipments and outgoing orders for precision and quality.
• Recordkeeping: Keep precise records of all stock-associated financial record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma in Business Administrator, Stock Chain Management, Accounting, or any relevant field is a plus.
• 2 years previous expertise in stock management or as a store officer.
• Robust corporate and document-keeping competencies.
• Meticulousness and precision.
• Capability to use stock management software or system.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy objects.
