Support Practice and QA Manager at EHA Clinics in Borno

Purpose Goal

The Support Practice and Quality assurance manager is in charge of the synchronization and monitoring routine managerial and clinical initiatives of the clinic and clinical team members to guarantee compassionate, efficient and productive dispatch of premium quality clinical care for patients. She/he is in charge of the oversight of all utilized clinical assistants. Act as the primary executive guidance information exchange link between the teams and departments throughout the company. In addition, as an Support Quality assurance manager, s/he will oversee and execute standards oversight and standard enhancement programs to guarantee premium quality patient expertise while delivering unit-specific and strategic objectives.

Relation:

• Periodic assessment, recognition of development needs and initiatives to clinical employees. Offer suitable and prompt correspondence with employees and vendors.

Dispatch:

• Assess the effectiveness of clinical team members and carry out verbal and documented effectiveness reviews after 30 days, 90 days and yearly as needed to attain maximum productivity.

Targeted Expert Expertise 

• MBBS, BLS, ACLS, & Gt; 5 years Post service, At least 2-5 years supervisory expertise.
• Masters Academic qualification, certification or certification of development in applicable fields.
• Additional Competencies: Basic Ultrasound, IUD insertions, Collection of PAP Smear, ECG analysis, Family Medicine, Genetic Counselling, Quality
