Purpose Goal

• The clinical solutions department ensures dispatch of premium quality medical and laboratory solutions that are patient centered in order to guarantee most effective health and well being for patients delivering the company’s purpose and direction.
• The Doctor will execute variety of processes which includes but not limited to; starting record taking, clinical evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and assessment of care.
• S/he must show critical thinking in the clinical strategic judgment process, especially in evaluating and diagnosing patients, top to the dispatch of safe care for all patients.
• The successful applicant will work jointly with the healthcare team and the Executive team to meet the needs of the patients, assisting the dispatch of regulatory framework and standardized processes.
• The Doctor will also evaluate and act accordingly on blood outcomes and client recommendations/correspondence regarding patients.
• In addition, S/he will be anticipated to occasionally carry out some home visits to patients registered on the Membership Scheme.

Advise Enagagement:

Offer and clarify clinical directions to the nursing employees and other clinical care teams as necessary. Convey as required with teammates in Clinical care and hospital specialists in order to discuss or refer specific patients, strategy and organize initiatives, or exchange information. Recognize and coordinate routinely with group hospitals, advisors, and other health care vendors, coverage companies, and other group entities to refer/advise on specific cases, engage in volunteer work and education projects and initiatives. Endorse direct clinical care to patients using established clinical standard procedures. Interview patients, take medical records, execute physical examinations, evaluate, diagnose, and clarify medical challenges during surgery discussions and home visits.

Sustain Guidelines: Dispatch:

Fully record every facet of patient care, resolve and finalize all necessary paperwork for lawful and managerial purposes. Participate consistent teaching sessions structured by the practice in order to clinical expertise, practice regulatory framework and standard procedures prompt Support to clinical development by conceptualizing a special interest and assist to establish suitable operational structures to oversee common chronic medical terms, making sure adherence with authorized standard treatment standard procedures. Assist and Sustain clinical analysis and endeavors inside the EHA Clinics top to the publication of papers.

Targeted Expert Expertise

Academic qualification In Medicine - MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO in any Worldwide, National, or State identified Tertiary institution and conforming to the standard procedures as set out by the Medical and Dental Affiliation of Nigeria. Finalization of mandatory intern and at least 2 years post service. Current registration and permit from the MDCN Finalization of BLS, ACLS.
