Chief Accountabilities

• Assist the Terminal Guard Manager with the execution of a strong protection risk mitigation strategy programme.

• Assist the Support Guard Manager (Operational structures & Tech) in offering a regulate hub and key reach out for all guard communications.

• Assist in carrying out efficient effectiveness reviews and train third-party staff (in Guard Processes Centre) to guarantee industry standards, team cohesion, ability, and ongoing development.

• Proactively preserve and enhance own Guard Supervisory skills in meeting with the Terminal Guard Manager.

• Assist the Support Guard Manager (Operational structures & Tech) to supervise all necessary development modules and standardized processes for third-party staff deployed to the Guard Processes Centre.
