Procurement and Hiring process Officer at Esosa Food Systems and Innovations Limited in Lagos

Hiring process & Selection:

• Oversee comprehensive hiring process for generation and assist positions.
• Prepare and post captivating position adverts.
• Carry out starting screening interviews and organize evaluation methods.
• Ensure applicants meet necessary hygiene, safety, and physical qualifications specific to the bakery industry.

Orientation Assist:

Coordinate pre-job checks, medical screening, and letter of recommendation confirmation. Assist orientation methods which includes recordkeeping, onboarding planning, and starting Human resources briefings.

Participant Partnership:

• Collaborate with Generation, Quality assurance, and Logistics directs to projection staff needs.
• Offer on a weekly basis hiring process status reports to Human resources and line managers.
• Assist succession organizing and internal position movement programs.
