Position Overview

The Procurement specialist is in charge of procurement and buying goods and solutions crucial to the company’s processes. This comprises analyzing suppliers, discussing terms agreements, and making sure cost-efficient procurement in line with quality and dispatch guidelines.

Duties

• Acquire and procure goods and solutions in line with organisation rules and financial plan.
• Assess and track supplier effectiveness to guarantee adherence with binding obligations.
• Settle cost, terms, and terms of buy agreements with vendors.
• Organize and process buy orders and guarantee promptness dispatch of goods and solutions.
• Preserve precise records of buys, pricing, and stock.
• Coordinate with internal departments to comprehend procurement needs and requirements.
• Guarantee adherence with legal & regulatory qualifications in procurement initiatives.
• Help during the formation and execution of procurement plans.
• Track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize pricing practices and new suppliers.

Qualifications

• At least second-class upper Bsc in Stock Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Procurement specialist or in a similar position.
• Robust bargain and verbal abilities.
• Expertise in procurement software and Ms office tools.
• Good logical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Understanding with procurement and vendor management.
