Position Overview

The On-site Store Keeper is in charge of receiving, arranging, issuing, and preserving records of materials and tools in-field. The preferred candidate must possess a minimum of 1 years of related experience in storekeeping, ideally in a building or project-based environment.

Primary duties

• Preserve current and precise records of inventory levels, material movements, and all stock-associated financial record.
• Oversee and organize connections with vendors, service providers, and suppliers to guarantee prompt and finalize dispatch of materials.
• Carry out consistent standard procedure physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies between actual inventory and system records to guarantee precision.
• Arrange and store materials in a clean, reachable, and systematic manner to assist productive retrieval and efficient stock regulate.
• Track inventory usage practices and proactively recognize low stock levels to prevent setbacks in building and on-site initiatives.
• Organize and send prompt stock documentation, transparently documenting initiatives, hurdles, and implementable strategic guidance for advancement.
• Assist procurement methods by tracking usage rates and advising on restocking needs in line with project needs.
• Uphold safety, guard, and cleanliness guidelines inside the store zone to guarantee adherence and prevent material loss or loss.
