Job Description
Position objective
SHA is seeking a agile, high executing individual to fill the position of Top level Officer, Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and MSME Development. The post holder will be to offer consultative on key project initiatives in the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and MSME Development to enhance and strengthen their business procedures, dealing with the key restrictions that Micro, small, and medium enterprises face. The preferred candidate will possess a track document of operating with micro, small and medium enterprises in the agricultural sector across variety of full operational cycles.
Participant Partnership:
- Leverage expertise and comprehension of applicable entrepreneurial ecosystems actors and financial service vendors inside the MSME ecosystem.
- Map and recognize main entrepreneurial ecosystems players/actors/work collaboratively institutions to proposal entrepreneurship development sessions and additional business development solutions.
- Offer consultative to coordinate off-take agreements for Micro, small, and medium enterprises to improve their business capabilities.
- Work alongside financial institutions, regulatory bodies and others to produce linkages between Micro, small, and medium enterprises and financing vendors.
- Recognize and coordinate input/tools funding schemes for Micro, small, and medium enterprises.
Responsibility:
- In line with Self Assist Africa’s obligations under the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), the position holder will:
- strongly advocate meaningful group involvement and meeting at all stages of the project cycle (organizing, execution, Monitoring and evaluation).
- collaborate with applicable teammates to guarantee that the Group Response and Response Mechanism (CFRM) is operational and reachable, that response and service issues are welcomed and handled.
- collaborate with applicable teammates to guarantee that information about CFRM, safeguarding and anticipated employees conduct is disseminated among program participants and networks.

External: World Food Program, Regulatory bodies, Private Sector Associates, Entrepreneurship and MSME Networks, Teaching Institutions, Advisors and Subject Matter Professionals, International Development Entities.
