Role summary

As a In-store Retail assistant, you will be the face of our organisation, offering exceptional client support and assisting clients find the ideal grants. This position includes interacting with clients, preserving the store environment, and pushing sales while upholding the corporate identity’s guidelines and values.

Primary duties

• Welcome and help clients, presenting personal strategic guidance and styling guidance.
• Process financial record precisely using the store’s POS system.
• Preserve the store’s store layout design, making sure goods are neatly displayed and stocked.
• Help with stock management, restocking shelves, and arranging inventory.
• Manage client questions, returns, and exchanges with a positive mindset.
• Ensure the store is clean, structured, and welcoming for clients.
• Stay current with service understanding, sales campaigns, and corporate identity offerings.
• Work alongside team members to meet and exceed the store revenue goals.
• Assist with retail campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing.
