Job Description

Event Organizing & Implementation: Arrange and oversee offline promotion initiatives which includes trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and retail activations to boost corporate identity visibility and relation.
Planning process: Formulate and execute efficient BTL promotion plans to assist entire corporate identity targets, making sure regular and influential offline corporate identity presence.
Market Analysis & Findings: Carry out on-ground market analysis to collect client and industry findings, offering analytics-based input to enhance offline marketing.
External Connection Management: Build and preserve solid connections with suppliers, channel associates, agencies, and venue organizers to guarantee smooth implementation of BTL initiatives.
POSM & OOH Implementation: Supervise POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) design, generation, and allocation, in addition to oversee out-of-home (OOH) and retail brand identity execution

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with a minimum of 3 years in BTL promotion.
Rich network of offline promotion suppliers
Deep knowledge of POSM generation processes and quality assurance
Understanding with OOH placements and retail brand identity industry standards
Outstanding organizing and implementation competencies for events, capable to oversee the whole process independently.
Clear expression and synchronization competencies to allocate assets productively.
Collaboration spirit, capable to operate under pressure.
Keen enthusiasm and basic comprehension of the solar industry.
