Job Description
Work tasks
- In charge of product fix, running test and servicing & maintenance to guarantee capability.
- Capable to read and analyze electronic circuit diagrams and evaluate faults based on these diagrams.
- skilled in using soldering iron and other fix resources to solder and replace motherboard hardware
- Liaise with clients and technical team to handle post-sales system problems.
- Help the technical team optimizing product design to reduce setback rate.
- Install solar panels and settle inverter concerns.
- Knowledgeable about the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation
Qualifications / Credentials
- A degree holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course connected with electrical tech
- At least 2 years practical expertise as an post-sales Engineer or after-sales executive in a solar organisation
- Must live close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege
- Robust logical and analytical abilities
- Ready to do in-field/site works
- Outstanding schedule control, Information exchange and client engagement management ability.
- Clear articulation and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in soldering methods.
- Knowledgeable about electric circuit faults.
