Obstetric doctor & Gynaecology specialist at a Start-Up Fertility Clinic - Anadach Consulting in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

As a result of growth and strategic programs targeted at supplying boosted value to patient expertise, professional avenues exist for high executing experts that can support to a rapidly growing company. The preferred candidate will offer complete care for women, dealing with standard procedure gynaecological service issues, antenatal and postnatal needs, while also receiving organized development in the management of sub-fertility under the direction of a fertility expert. This position requires close partnership with the medical practitioner, nursing team, and embryology team to supply patient-centred care. The applicant will also actively engage in clinic promotion programs and patient education programs to assist our purpose of expanding entry to quality reproductive healthcare.

Primary duties

• Offer premium quality obstetric and gynaecological discussions, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Oversee antenatal and postnatal care, making sure continuity of care for patients.
• Engage in organized development on the evaluation and treatment of infertility/sub fertility under a fertility expert.
• Work alongside the medical practitioner, nursing team, and IVF laboratory to guarantee smooth, multidisciplinary patient care.
• Assist patient counselling and education programs regarding reproductive health and treatment options.
• Support to promotion and outreach initiatives, which includes fertility education events, group consciousness marketing, and social platforms/corporate identity visibility endeavors.
• Preserve precise and current patient medical records in adherence with compliance-related and clinic guidelines.
• Engage in uninterrupted career advancement and remain current on industry standards in obstetrics, gynaecology, and fertility medicine.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Medical academic qualification (MBBS or equivalent) with full registration and permit to practice.
• Residency development in Obstetrics & Gynaecology; fellowship exams must be successfully finished within 18 months of resumption for those yet to certify.
• Proven hands-on patient care coordinating antenatal, postnatal, and general gynaecological cases.
• Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities with a dedication to patient-centred care.
• Interest in fertility medicine and readiness to undergo organized development/ guidance.
• Capability to operate productively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Readiness to engage in promotion and group outreach initiatives.
