Sales officer at Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Scope and Effect

The applicant will be assigned with the duty of closing sales various loan goods. He / She will facilitate communication between clients and our financial institution and will assist certified candidates obtain loans without delay.

Position Overview

The Rosabon Sales officer is essential to collect and organize all materials needed to process financial record (loans and investments). He/ She will also in charge of analyzing loan applications analyzing the possibility risks of granting loans to candidates.

Obligations and Duties

• Assess credit worthiness by processing loan applications and recordkeeping within specified limits
• Interview candidates to decide financial qualification and practicality of granting loans
• Decide all relevant ratios and indicators and set up debt payment strategies
• Liaise with customers either to request or to offer details
• Justify decisions (authorizations/rejections) and documentation on them
• Finalize loan agreements and counsel customers on rules and restrictions
• Evaluate loan agreements to guarantee that they are finalize and precise according to regulatory framework
• Modify account records, Calculate payment plans and financial record on Enterprise platform planning
• Confer with underwriters to assist in addressing loan application challenges.
• Modify role understanding on types of loans and other financial solutions
• Evaluate client needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
• Formulate referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell goods and solutions to achieve quotas
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust connections, client retention and fulfillment throughout the underwriting process
• Operate in adherence with legal provisions and rules and follow lending regulations and standards
• Deposit mobilization to meet set targets

Key Effectiveness Indicators

• Meet Set Every month loan and financial funding Targets
• Reduced number of Non-Executing loans
• Client loyalty rate of at least 90% across loan and financial funding goods

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Finance, Economics or a relevant field
• Proven operating expertise as a Loan Officer
• Understanding with computers and banking applications/software
• Deep knowledge of direct/indirect lending goods and procedures
• Client fulfillment onboarding and sales skills
• Capability to operate in a results driven environment and meet set target.
