Job Description

We are looking for a proficient Mechanical engineering specialist (HEMM) to join our team.
As a Mechanical engineering specialist, you will be in charge of designing, evaluating, conceptualizing, and preserving Heavy Earth moving tools and parts in Mines.
You will also work alongside cross-operational teams to guarantee the successful implementation of work.

To guarantee that mechanical reliability is carried out properly & safely as per the requirement of the Mines.
To carry out servicing & maintenance of Mine's Heave Earth Moving Tools
To educate subordinate in order to guarantee that mechanical reliability is done prompt and correctly.
To guarantee proper room maintenance services of position zones and plant in general.
Ensure Spares requirement organizing.
Always client engagement the norms of NIS, ISO 19001-2015, NIS, ISO 14001-2015 & NIS ISO 45001-2018 periodically and preserve the records as appropriate.
Guarantee alignment to mining industry guidelines and rules
Track and assess mechanical operational structures during process to recognize and settle concerns
Offer IT assistance and direction to entry-level engineers and technicians
Stay informed with the latest improvement and practices in mechanical engineering as connected with Heavy Earth Moving Tools.

Bsc or Higher national diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
Demonstrated expertise as a Mechanical engineering specialist or in a similar position
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, which includes thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science
Expertise in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics Hydraulic Operational structures Mechanics of machines, and other mechanical engineering notions
Outstanding math competencies, which includes improved geometry, calculus and physics
Understanding with CAD and other mechanical creative applications
Innovative mindset and creative invention
Improved issue resolution and critical thinking competencies
Great people skills and collaboration abilities
Efficient verbal and professional writing.
