Position Overview

As a Sales officer, you will be the face of our corporate identity, producing memorable client experiences that reflect our values. You’ll supply outstanding service, lead sales through compelling service understanding, and assist a welcoming, and welcoming shopping environment.

Primary duties

• Customer experience: Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, making sure their needs are fulfilled while embodying Sthe hop’s values and activism spirit.
• Sales & Targets: Lead individual and store effectiveness by actively compelling clients, endorsing goods, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Service understanding: Preserve current expertise in our product ranges, and corporate identity marketing to confidently distribute with clients.
• Store Processes: Help in daily processes, which includes restocking, merchandising, stock management, and preserving a clean and safe store environment.
• Team Partnership: Work jointly with teammates

Credentials & Competencies

• Proximity to Lagos Island will be an added advantage
• Previous in-store, client support, or sales expertise preferred (but not crucial).
• Clear expression and people skills with a natural capability to participate with multifaceted clients.
• Enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and ethical consumerism.
• Objective-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about meeting revenue goals
• Adaptive schedule to operate evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
