We're looking for a Process Evaluator and Technical Author who will be instrumental in mapping, evaluating, and optimizing critical operational workflows.

Head programs to thoroughly map and record ongoing-state operational workflows across various departments.
Utilize workflow visualization resources (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) to produce clear and brief process flows, swimlane diagrams, and standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
Ensure process recordkeeping is repeatedly current and preserved inside the expertise management system.
Carry out detailed evaluation of current methods to recognize pain points, bottlenecks, redundancies, and avenues for automatic control, simplification, and advancement.
Collect and evaluate process-associated data (e.g., cycle times, error rates, asset utilization) to quantify inefficiencies and justify proposed modifications.
Formulate strategic guidance for future-state methods (“To-Be” methods) that match with business targets, reduce process risk, and improve effectiveness and client fulfillment.
Work jointly with participants to establish key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) for process performance.
Coordinate workshops and interviews with subject matter professionals (SMEs) and participants at all levels to collect specifications, comprehend ongoing hurdles, and confirm proposed initiatives.
Convey multi-step procedure notions and modifications transparently and productively to technical and non-technical target groups.

7+ years of progressive expertise as a Process Evaluator, Business Evaluator, or Business Workflow optimization Expert.
Expertise in specific financial technology goods, solutions, and connected business processes (e.g., payments processing, digital orientation, lending processes).
Proven competence in workflow visualization structured approaches and resources (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
Outstanding public speaking for simplifying sophisticated methods into clear diagrams and RASCI charts.
Capability to operate independently, oversee various key focuses, and thrive in a dynamic, nimble environment.
Robust logical and analytical abilities, with the capability to dissect sophisticated methods and recognize root causes of inefficiencies.
