Job Description
Duties
- Execute general cleaning and servicing & maintenance of the workspace building and IFDC apartments;
- Offer workspace support to employees, which includes record binding, photocopying, and circulating workspace inventory as ordered by the manager;
- Ensure workspaces are securely locked;
- Track the workspace generator to preserve its good operating requirement and prevent overloading;
- Finalize any additional duty allocated by the manager.
Qualifications
- At least Primary School education;
- 2 - 3 years of applicable professional background;
- Good verbal and professional writing competencies in English and local language is desirable for the place submitted application preferred;
- Preferably located in the respective zones.
