Entry-level Account support manager at Givaudan in Lagos

Overview

As a Entry-level Account support manager in Lagos, you will grow appointed main accounts by rising income and profit margin, sustaining client connections, supervising market activity, and making sure conforming, dispatch from scale-up to generation while meeting Measurements and fixing problems. Accountable to the Country Manager.

Duties You will:

• Under direction, grow Givaudan business with appointed accounts by coordinating top and bottom lines
• Oversee client connections within project sample of accounts
• Track client and rival activity and preserve client information
• Track Account Strategies for significant accounts
• Formulate and supply internal and client demonstrations
• Recognize/open doors for Givaudan to engage in targeted summaries
• Recognize client qualifications and check in on client entry
• Transition client projects and new wins from scale-up to generation
• Follow Measurements versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) and take corrective actions if necessary
• Bargain pricing agreements within standard procedures
• Oversee credit, pricing, rebates and financial plan for main accounts
• Oversee and settle client service issues and ensure prompt solution
• Adhere with all suitable Givaudan and statutory Environmental health and safety and governance policies 

Qualifications You possess:

• Academic qualification (or equivalent)
• 4-7 years of entire expertise
• 1+ years' operational/technical expertise in the industry
• Verbal and documented command of English
• Skilled in conceptualizing and supplying captivating demonstrations
• Enthusiasm for the Fragrance Industry
• Formulate connections with clients, decisionmakers and influencers.
