About the Position

We are looking for a proficient and driven Production / process engineer to join our team and support to operations excellency.

Primary duties

• Strategize organize, and supervise routine generation initiatives to meet set targets.
• Guarantee alignment to quality, safety, and compliance guidelines in manufacturing workflows.
• Track, diagnose issues, and preserve generation tools to reduce non-operational time.
• Assist uninterrupted workflow optimization and effectiveness programs.
• Work alongside other departments (QA, Servicing & maintenance, Stock Chain) to guarantee smooth processes.
• Organize and preserve generation documentation and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Ddegree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3–5 years’ expertise as a Production / process engineer, ideally in the foam production operations or connected sector.
• Robust technical and critical thinking with practical experience in generation machinery and methods.
• Good comprehension excellent quality and safety guidelines in production operations.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and capability to operate under pressure.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and collaboration abilities.
