Job Description

Arranges the initiatives of wireline crew in accordance with organisation rules and standardized processes
In charge of planning and dispatching of assets in line with role expectations
Track Business Unit effectiveness by establishing and tracking Key Effectiveness Indicators for his day-to-day activities.
Establishes and audits methods regarding regulate of stock / expenses of goods, operating expenditures, and capital financial plans; directly in charge of the financial effectiveness of his Business Unit.
Produce and institutes rules, standardized processes and development regarding the process, deploying and transport of department assets.

Bachelor's degree / bachelor's in engineering /Higher national diploma in a associated Engineering site.
At least seven years site expertise directing wireline processes which includes gun loading and resources.
At least one year expertise coordinating wireline processes which includes competence regarding stock management, costing and proposal formation; or equivalent integration of education and expertise.
Must possess acute critical thinking, be a good speaker and possess outstanding public speaking • Must possess good computer competencies, schedule control competencies and planning abilities
Must be capable to show capability to assign priorities to tasks to get prompt outcomes
Capability to operate under pressure and with at least oversight.
