Job Description

Head and organize the development of combined site development strategies (FDPs) and long-term strategic organizing programs.
Offer engineering guidance on urban and structure organizing parts for site development, which includes roads, housing, water, energy, and logistics interfaces.
Supervise asset organizing plans, recognizing key achievements and critical paths for exploration, development, and generation initiatives.
Carry out consistent scenario organizing, sensitivity evaluation, and risk evaluations to assist most effective strategic judgment.
Assist the development of urban effect evaluations, master strategies, and structure consolidation strategies in organizer networks.

Bsc in Urban & Regional Organizing, Petroleum engineer, Civil Engineering, or other applicable technical discipline.
MSC in Urban Organizing, Project coordination, or Energy Operational structures Organizing is a robust advantage.
Membership and active registration with NITP, TOPREC, COREN, or any identified international organizing/engineering body.
At least 10 years progressive expertise in the petroleum sector industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a top level organizing or executive function.
Proven expertise in top combined upstream organizing projects including urban and structure parts.
Solid understanding of site development organizing methods and petroleum lifecycle organizing.
Deep comprehension of urban organizing principles, structure development, and spatial consolidation with petroleum sector projects.
Competence in organizing software and resources which includes Primavera P6, MS Project, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other applicable modeling resources.
