Position Overview

The Business Development Associate will assist the organization’s growth by recognizing fresh opportunities, helping in building customer connections, and supporting to income production. This position requires a initiative-driven and driven individual with clear expression competencies who can balance analysis, lead generation, and customer interaction while assisting the wider business development team.

Primary duties

• Assist the implementation of business development plans to secure new customers and income avenues.
• Build and preserve an active pipeline of directs across target industries and service zones.
• Carry out market analysis and rival evaluation to recognize practices, avenues, and zones for growth.
• Help in getting ready tailored proposals, pitches, and demonstrations for customers.
• Engage with possibility customers through lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Assist comprehensive customer interaction from starting reach out through orientation and connection management.
• Track, evaluate, and documentation on business development initiatives, pipeline advancement, and results.
• Work alongside internal teams (Solutions, Processes, and Innovative) to align proposals and dispatch with customer needs.
• Stand for the organization competently at industry events, relationship building forums, and customer sessions.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of expertise in business development, sales, or customer purchase (agency expertise will be an added advantage).
• Verified ability to participate customers and support to income increase.
• Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and bargaining ability.
• Capability to perform study and offer market findings to reinforce plan.
• Good corporate and schedule control competencies, with the task juggling skill productively.
• Expertise in the media, advising, brand identity, or promotion industry is highly preferred.
