Job Description

We're looking for a Guard Identity and Entry Management (IAM) Expert to secure and oversee digital identities across the enterprise.
This position is in charge of analyzing system and data entry, arranging entry rules, and preserving directory systems to ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege.
The preferred candidate will bring competence in IAM procedures, directory solutions, authorization models, and identity lifecycle management.

Secure and oversee digital identities across enterprise operational structures.
Evaluate and confirm entry to operational structures, applications, and data.
Set up entry rules and directory systems to ensure adherence to least privilege.
Oversee identity lifecycle methods, which includes provisioning, de-provisioning, and position-based authorization.
Work alongside guard, adherence, and IT teams to meet compliance-related and audit qualifications.
Diagnose issues and settle IAM-associated incidents, making sure minimal disruption to users and solutions.
Constantly enhance IAM methods, resources, and compliance procedures.

At least 5 years’ expertise building and coordinating IAM operational structures.
Practical proficiency with MS User access directory / Entra ID (preferred).
In-depth understanding of IAM procedures (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Link), directory solutions, and authorization models.
Expertise coordinating identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and position-based entry regulates.
