Role summary

We are seeking a proficient and meticulous Construction engineer to supervise the daily processes on our building sites. The Construction engineer will be in charge of directing in-field initiatives, making sure adherence with project requirements and safety guidelines, and offering technical direction to workers and subcontractors.

Duties

• Collaborate with on-site supervisors, architects, surveyors, and other trades to settle concerns and supply projects on time and within financial plan.
• Supervise and oversee all building on-site initiatives, making sure adherence with safety rules, building codes, and project requirements.
• Oversee building workers, subcontractors, and vendors in-field, making sure duty are finished according to timetable and within financial plan.
• Track milestone tracking, enhance asset distribution, and ensure dispatch within financial plan and timeline restrictions
• Organize the routine shift plan, making sure that materials, tools, and work are accessible as needed.
• Examine work and guarantee standard guidelines are fulfilled.
• Track the advancement of the project to guarantee work is finished on time and to the specified quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and guarantee adherence with all rules and organisation safety rules.
• Carry out consistent safety sessions and safety audits.
• Preserve precise and current records of routine on-site initiatives, which includes work finished
• Recognize and settle technical hurdles during building, offering efficient initiatives and specialist direction.
• Advance an environment that fosters safety by enforcing Health, safety, and environment rules, recognizing possibility risks, and making sure a safe operating environment.
• Preserve clear communication with customers, service providers, architects, and advisors, nurturing partnership and collaboration.
