Trainer - Data evaluation + Business Intelligence at a Training Academy in Lagos

Role Overview

As a Data evaluation Trainer, you will design, supply, and constantly enhance learning programs that organize students for occupations in data evaluation and data analysis. You will train learners through practical projects, real-world case studies, and simulations, bridging theory with practical practice. Operating with syllabus UI/UX professionals and programme directs, you will align lessons with industry guidelines, in-requirement resources, and measurable learner results.

Learner Guidance & Mentoring:

• Mentor students through practical data projects, which includes investigative evaluation, dashboard formation, and business status updates.
• Carry out one-on-one training sessions with feedback criticism on learner tasks and portfolios.
• Promote a developmental approach, supporting innovative experiment, iteration, and real-world issue resolution.
• Track learner advancement with KPIs, resulting deliverables, and skill-focused evaluations.

Indicators & Status updates:

• Track and documentation on learner effectiveness, relation, and finalization rates.
• Distribute findings with programme executive guidance to improve syllabus performance.
• Preserve precise records of learner results, advancement, and training effect.
