Position Overview

The Innovative Promotion Expert will unify approach, content formation, and marketing implementation to shape how Clearer links with its target groups. This position is preferred for someone who can think imaginatively while staying analytics-based—conceptualizing compelling content, carrying out influential marketing, and making sure Clearer’s corporate identity stands out in both local and worldwide markets.

Primary duties

• Design and execute innovative promotion plans to grow corporate identity consciousness and relation.
• Formulate premium quality content (articles, online posts, videos, data visuals, bulletins) tailored to multifaceted target groups.
• Oversee Clearer’s presence across digital channels—website, email, social platforms, and paid marketing.
• Work alongside internal teams to align promotion programs with business targets.
• Carry out market and rival analysis to guide marketing plan and innovative direction.
• Enhance marketing through data analysis, making sure maximum ROI and audience effect.
• Preserve corporate identity uniformity across all communications and materials.
• Explore creative promotion data layouts to improve corporate identity reach.
• Supervise SEO, SEM, and social platforms marketing to attract visitors and switches.
• Track data analysis, organize effectiveness documentation, and endorse enhancements.
• Verify that every content and marketing meet compliance-related and corporate identity adherence guidelines.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Media, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated expertise in promotion, digital plan, or content formation.
• Robust innovative drafting, narrative creation, and content development competencies.
• Competence in digital promotion platforms (Google Data analysis, SEO/SEM, social platforms channels, CMS, email promotion).
• Basic design or multimedia competencies (Canva, Adobe Innovative Suite, or similar) are a plus.
• Robust logical mentality with the capability to convert data into practical findings.
• Clear articulation, partnership, and planning abilities.
