Formulate efficient hiring process plans to draw in proficient workers in the production operations sector. This comprises coordinating the recruiting process from procurement to orientation for positions across the factory.

Daily

• Applicant Procurement: Post job opportunities on various channels, network to find appropriate applicants, and build skilled pipelines. Assist the recruitment team by coordinating all managerial duty throughout the hiring process cycle.
• Screening & Evaluation: Evaluate resumes, carry out starting phone screenings, starting bargain, and help with managing interviews and evaluations.
• Managerial Assist: Preserve and modify the Candidate Tracking System (ATS), record applicant engagements, and oversee hiring process-associated paperwork.
• Application journey: Act as the first point of reach out for applicants, deliver promptly status reports, and ensure a positive expertise.
• Synchronization: Timetable interviews between applicants and recruiting managers, making sure smooth logistics. Timetable phone, video, and in-person interviews, and liaise with applicants to deliver promptly status reports on their application
• status.
• Assist for recruiting managers: Help recruiting managers and top level hiring managers by getting ready interview materials and managing response.
• Orientation Assist: Help with orientation new recruits by getting ready
• recordkeeping and managing with the Human resources team.
• Status updates & Data governance: Track hiring process indicators, organize documentation, and ensure precise records entry in the ATS.
• Event involvement: Stand for the organization at position fairs and other hiring process events to draw in high performer.
