Position Overview

The position concentrates on calling directs, closing agreements, and making sure users subscribe and upgrade their accounts. We are seeking someone with proven sales expertise in digital goods or SaaS and a robust track document of attaining performance milestones.

Duties

• Call and check in with directs (trainers, creators, tutors, and schools) offered by the organization
• Clarify Skoolified transparently and show potential opportunities how it can assist them
• Close agreements — turn directs into remitting subscribers
• Motivate users to upgrade and keep using their accounts
• Meet every month sales and income targets
• Keep simple records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Foster positive rapport so customers stay and refer others

Qualifications

• Proven business-related expertise closing sales digital goods or SaaS (3+ years at least)
• Track document of repeatedly meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Robust closing competencies and trust in managing objections
• Clear articulation, bargain, and public speaking
• Self-motivated, resilient, and outcomes-oriented
• Expertise in the Nigerian education/originator economy is a plus

• You are not cozy with effectiveness-based remuneration
• You cannot show evidence of hitting revenue goals in the past.
