Store Sales Attendant at Bagaay Kind Limited in Ogba Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

The Store Sales Attendant will be in charge of offering outstanding client support, assisting sales initiatives, and making sure that shelves and displays are properly stocked and organized. The preferred candidate will be alert, service-oriented, and initiative-driven in pushing routine sales while preserving a neat and structured store environment.

Work tasks

• Help clients in locating goods and making buys.
• Offer product information and endorse items to motivate sales.
• Restock shelves, check for expired goods, and documentation inventory shortages.
• Operate the POS system, process cash/card financial record, and problem receipts.
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of the store and allocated shelves.
• Manage client questions, service issues, and report to higher support tier unresolved concerns.
• Engage in stock checks and assist inventory counts when necessary.
• Guarantee adherence with store rules, standardized processes, and safety standard procedures.

Role expectations

• Applicants should have at least Upper high school Certification (WAEC).
• A minimum of 1 year operating expertise in a supermarket, in-store shop, or similar client-facing position.
• Outstanding client support and verbal abilities.
• Readiness to operate changes, weekends, and national holiday.
