Retail assistant - B2B Cross Border Payments at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank in Nigeria (Remote)

About The Position

The Retail assistant is in charge of coordinating and expanding our sales processes, and income creating methods B2B cross-border payments in the defined Market with needs for Africa Trades. The preferred candidate must bring a sound comprehension and previous expertise with Financial technology's, sales, account organizing, treasury management and FX rates.

Primary duties

• Lead sales endeavors to preserve and grow income by conceptualizing and carrying out a thorough sales plan that ensures ability to scale growth of a multifaceted and maintainable project sample of customers with steady income flows
• Produce ability to scale, repeatable and expected volume, net income and gross profit
• Align and enhance the full scope of customer experience with the goal of rising income
• Concentration on the maintainable purchase of customers (Large Corporates, Mid - Size Corporates and Fintechs) who trade large volumes at target margins
• Make sure that the total customer project sample grows while being diversified, stable and lucrative
• Ensure there is an approach to winning and growing our project sample of customers with a concentration on our pooling business model
• Team partnership: Routinely work alongside internal participants which includes promotion, strategic collaborations & channels, income processes, product, adherence, finance, and treasury to enhance the customer experience and align on the income increase plan
• Status updates: Evaluate and display information to key internal participants in order to guide influential business decisions and assist adjust tactics that lead lucrative growth inside the region
• Predicting: Preserve an current sales pipeline and ensure proper sales organizing and predicting.

Qualifications

• Bsc in business, finance, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of expertise in the payments industry, with a concentration on B2B cross-border payments
• Established history of success in the B2B payment businesses in emerging markets
• Outstanding logical and issue resolution abilities, with a forward-thinking approach
• Clear communication and bargaining ability, with the capability to build and sustain connections with customers, associates, and participants
• Innovative outlook, with a enthusiasm for pushing creative invention and delivering outcomes.
