Job Description

Serve requirement notices to allocated establishments within appointed zones.
Engage customers competently to clarify invoices and settle questions regarding charges.
Check in diligently on all outstanding payments until settlement is made.
Preserve precise records of requirement notices served, client engagement actions taken, and payments received.
Documentation routine/on a weekly basis advancement to the Chief of operations or Promotion Manager.
Build and sustain positive connections with establishments, making sure transparency and trust.
Guarantee adherence with the organization’s business guidelines, ethical procedures, and FCT rules.
Utilize organisation-offered vehicles or authorized transport stipends to carry out allocated obligations.
Work alongside teammates to distribute findings, hurdles, and industry standards for upgraded service dispatch.

Bsc or Higher national diploma in Promotion, Business Management, Ecological Science, Public Management, or a relevant field.
At least 2 years’ expertise in promotion, business development, client relations, or income collection.
Clear expression, bargain, and people skills.
Capability to operate independently, proactive action, and oversee allocated zones with minimal oversight.
Exhibited capability to reach targets and due dates.
Expertise in Abuja’s geography and FCT business environment is a plus.
Honesty and reliability, competence, and dedication to professional conduct.
