Store officer at Java Design Concept Limited in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Store officer with 3–5 years of related experience in store management, stock regulate, and material managing. The preferred applicant is a male candidate who is dependable, meticulous, and capable to productively oversee building materials and inventory.

Primary duties

• Accept, store, and problem materials, resources, and tools.
• Preserve precise inventory records, stock levels, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure proper storage terms and guard of materials.
• Track inventory usage and increase requisitions for replenishment.
• Carry out consistent inventory checks and resolve variances.
• Organize with procurement, project, and on-site teams to meet material needs.
• Keep the store zone clean, structured, and conforming with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Stock Chain, or any other relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ expertise as a store officer, ideally in building or production operations.
• Solid understanding of stock management and document-keeping operational structures.
• Basic computer competencies (MS Excel, Word, or stock software).
• Good corporate, information exchange, and people skills.
• Must be male (preferred).
