Regional Director - Remittance at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank - Remote in Nigeria (Remote)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially driven leader to spearhead the growth of our B2B remittance and FX trading project sample across Africa, with a particular concentration on West African markets. This position requires a combination of business development proficiency, FX market comprehension, and robust work collaboratively bargaining ability to supply market-top growth and attractive advantage.

Market penetration:

Head the initiate and growth of B2B remittances across strategically prioritized markets in West Africa. Build and implement MNO vs local aggregator plans to lead market distribute and accelerate adoption.

Partnership & Alignment:

Collaborate with the FX Trading Team to organize market launches, growth initiatives, and pricing plans. Work alongside cross-operationally to guarantee deployment readiness, adherence, and work collaboratively orientation effectiveness.

Business-related Talks:

Renegotiate business-related terms on current agreements to enhance expenses and enhance work collaboratively margins. Framework agreements for B2B and C2C remittance payouts, promotion investments, and operating capital/financing terms.

Pipeline Development:

Build and preserve a strong growth pipeline that aligns with organisation capabilities and strategic key focuses. Constantly assess and prioritise market avenues based on ROI, attractive landscape, and scalability possibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in cross-border payments or B2B remittance markets.
• At least a Bsc in any associated discipline.
• Deep knowledge of African financial ecosystems, especially West African markets.
• Track document in strategic business development and supplying income increase.
• Exceptional business-related bargaining ability with expertise in transaction arranging.
• Capability to head cross-operational teams and oversee sophisticated participant connections.
• Analytics-based mentality with robust critical thinking.
