Job Description

The Network Process Centre (network operations center) is in charge of making sure the maximum possible service accessibility and effectiveness of base stations and the internal network.
Sitting inside the network operations center, the network team is in charge of coordinating and interacting often with IT assistance, Handled Assist, Service Provisioning, and Sales teams, and sharing information creative thoughts and information to people from a non-technical profile.
We also work very closely with the Design and Technical groups, and as such, need to possess a good all-round comprehension of networks and operational structures.
Notably, formulate a deep knowledge of goods and methods, join our call-out rota offering 24x7 assist in addition to covering both organized and unscheduled out-of-hours work as necessary.

Ensure stable and dependable network solutions (e.g., entry points, service networks, and network backbone).
Daily network effectiveness supervising.
Network diagnosing issues and fault evaluation; hardware diagnosing issues and fix.
Solution of trouble tickets and response, carrier interface, and escalations.
Deploying and servicing & maintenance of network supervising, evaluation, and analytics platforms.
Application of setup modifications through our adjustment regulate operational structures and methods.
Installation of network software & hardware.
Engage in a 24x7 call-out rota.
Track base station entry points and routers
Build base stations
Coordinate with assist/client support teams regarding client service issues and solution
Carry out preventive servicing & maintenance to guarantee uptime is preserved, and execute corrective servicing & maintenance
Execute network tools upgrade, installation, and setup
Offer active system monitoring, servicing & maintenance, and fault management to guarantee most effective uptime, network stability, and guard
Produce and check in on trouble tickets about network concerns until solution
Collate system manuals and documentation on network modifications, events, and settings
Make sure that the base stations possess 99% uptime by the Target SLA.

Credentials: Second-class upper (2.1, 2.2) or Upper Credit
Academic qualification or Higher national diploma in engineering, computer science, information tech, or any other associated discipline.
A desirable asset is to possess qualifications, which includes Relationship building, Cisco Accredited Network Specialist (CCNP), CCNA (Cisco certified network associate).
