Job Description

We are recruiting a Fiber Engineer for Fiber Linked Solar Base Stations.
As a fiber Engineer, you will play a key role in making sure the most effective effectiveness and reliability of our fiber optic network.
You will be in charge of the installation, servicing & maintenance, and diagnosing issues of fiber linkages to our base stations.
This is a practical position that requires a sharp perception for description, robust analytical abilities, and a dedication to preserving the highest guidelines of network quality.

Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables for base stations
Execute consistent servicing & maintenance and diagnosing issues to guarantee network honesty and reliability.
Carry out on-site surveys to strategy and design fiber optic pathways.
Work alongside the network processes team to enhance fiber linkages.
Record all work carried out and preserve precise records.
Guarantee adherence with industry guidelines and safety rules.
Address network outages and execute crisis repairs as needed.

Demonstrated expertise as a fiber Engineer or similar position in telecommunications.
Deep understanding of fiber optic cable installation, splicing, and running test methods.
Competence with fiber optic running test tools (OTDR, power meters, etc.).
Understanding with network structure and base station network access.
Robust logical and issue resolution abilities.
Clear articulation and collaborative ability.
Valid driving permit and readiness to commute to various sites as needed.
Applicable qualifications (e.g., FOA, CFOT) are a plus.
