Primary duties

• Tag and label items with barcodes or batch numbers for tracking
• Arrange and organize inventory properly in the storage zone using FIFO/FEFO methods
• Guarantee promptness shelf replenishment and restocking of efficient-moving items
• Work alongside floor employees to preserve tidy and well-stocked shelves
• Track and document the movement of goods using the POS/stock system
• Carry out routine or on a weekly basis shelf counts to prevent stockouts
• Recognize and documentation expired, impaired, or slow-moving items
• Help with every month stock audits and system settlement
• Convey productively with buying, cashiers, and supervisors

Qualifications

• At least Higher national diploma possessing applicable expertise
• Expertise with stock regulate, warehousing, or shelf management
• Knowledgeable about inventory rotation principles (FIFO/FEFO)
• Basic computer competencies (POS operational structures or Excel is a plus)
• Truthful, structured, and reliable
• Capable to carry and lift inventory safely
• Effective communication and collaborative ability
• Readiness to operate any time, which includes weekends
