Position Overview

The Agronomy specialist is in charge of offering specialized skill and assist in crop generation, soil management, and maintainable agricultural procedures. The position includes carrying out site field experiments, evaluating data, advising farmers on industry standards, and optimizing crop return and quality.

Primary duties

• Evaluate and track soil health, fertility, and crop effectiveness.
• Formulate and execute efficient planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest regulate plans.
• Carry out site analysis and field experiments to enhance crop generation methods.
• Advise on the selection of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides appropriate for specific soil and climatic terms.
• Track crop advancement and diagnose plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Stay informed on agricultural technical solutions, procedures, and rules.
• Work alongside farm employees, agricultural engineers, and researchers.
• Organize technical documentation, strategic guidance, and demonstrations.
• Guarantee adherence with ecological and safety guidelines.
• Educate farmers and farm laborers on modern agriculture-based procedures.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or relevant field (MSC is a plus).
• Demonstrated expertise in agronomy, crop generation, or agricultural advising.
• Expertise in soil science, pest regulate, irrigation, and crop nutrition.
• Robust logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and in remote site terms.
