Position Overview

We’re seeking a Head Production Expert who can lead business expansion through email outreach and head production across social platforms channels which includes Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Primary duties

• Analysis and recognize promise directs across applicable industries.
• Craft and implement personalized email outreach marketing.
• Identify potential clients through social platforms channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Oversee CRM entries and preserve precise head records.
• Test and enhance outreach design frameworks, communication tone, and follow-ups for higher response rates.
• Work alongside the business development team to certify and move warm directs.
• Track results indicators and organize on a weekly basis advancement documentation.
• Accomplish on a weekly basis and every month KPIs for head volume, relation, and switches.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 3 years work expertise. 

Competencies Necessary:

• Solid understanding of head production methods (email, social platforms outreach, direct lead generation).
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Capability to craft persuasive, specialist outreach messages.
• Competence in CRM resources and outreach software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Robust corporate and schedule control competencies.
