About the Position

We are seeking a very driven and results-focused Sales Executiveswith a reliable track document of delivering and exceeding revenue goals in the Nigerian housing market. The preferred candidate must be proficient in customer purchase, connection management, and transaction closing, with the capability to produce outcomes under pressure.

Primary duties

• Lead sales of the organization’s residential and business-related properties to meet every month and every quarter targets.
• Recognize and pursue new commercial opportunities through direct promotion, relationship building, client recommendations, and digital channels.
• Turn prospects into customers into successful real estate sales within short sales cycles.
• Offer customers with precise real estate information, pricing, and financial funding perks.
• Preserve robust after-sales connections to guarantee repeat business and client recommendations.
• Stand for the organization at exhibitions, launch houses, and advertising events.
• Organize routine/on a weekly basis documentation on sales effectiveness and pipeline advancement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, rival initiatives, and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Promotion, Business Management, Estate Management, or relevant field.
• At least 3-5years proven sales expertise in the Nigerian property industry.
• Exhibited track document of meeting or exceeding revenue goals within short timeframes.
• Robust bargain, persuasion, and closing competencies.
• Clear articulation and public speaking.
• Self-driven, resilient, and outcomes-oriented.
• Competence in CRM resources (added advantage).
