Position Overview

• We are seeking a agile and outcomes-driven Client Sales Officerto join our team.
• The preferred candidate will be in charge of interacting with potential and current clients, supporting our goods, and making sure outstanding client fulfillment.
• You will be the first point of reach out for clients, assisting them make informed buy decisions while pushing sales and income increase.

Sales & Campaigns:

• Advance and sell the organization’s goods by comprehension client needs and preferences.
• Turn prospects into customers from social platforms channels (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) into remitting clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional goods to optimized revenue per client.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have an OND certification with 0 - 5 years work expertise.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales, client support, or a relevant position.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Capability to establish trust with clients and preserve competence.
• Competence in using WhatsApp Business, social platforms, and basic workspace resources like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Outcomes-oriented with a robust want to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Task juggling skill and assign priorities to tasks productively.

Preferred Competencies:

• Expertise in the haircare, skincare, or beauty industry will be an added advantage.
• Expertise in CRM software or other sales resources is a plus.
• Fluency in local languages is an added advantage.

Work Environment:

This position may engage operating remotely. Adaptive schedule to operate weekends or evenings as necessary to meet client needs.
