About the Position

This position concentrates on serving the in-store market, which includes residential and small business-related customers, by supporting our electrical goods and initiatives. The candidate will merge competence in electrical parts (e.g., breakers, contactors, relays, solar and lighting goods) with robust sales strategic insight to generate income growth and provide exceptional client support

Duties

• Engage with in-store customers to comprehend their needs and endorse appropriate goods like MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, lighting, and solar initiatives.
• Supply technical demonstrations and product exhibitions to customers.
• Work alongside internal teams (e.g., internal sales engineers, logistics, panel-builders) to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and installation methods.
• Offer after-sales assist, which includes managing technical questions, demonstrating proper usage, and making sure fulfillment.
• Track product effectiveness in the site and relay response for executive review.
• Stay informed on industry trends, rival offerings, and emerging technical solutions applicable to in-store clients

Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Prior expertise in technical or in-store sales within electrical goods or a similar environment.
• Robust service understanding, especially of circuit protection, lighting, and solar goods.
• Clear articulation, visual communication, and people skills.
• Competence in CRM and Office productivity software resources.
• Outcomes-oriented, structured, and client-focused approach.
