Job Description

The Procurement Unit at eHealth Africa ensures the productive, transparent, and conforming purchase of goods and solutions crucial for programme success.
Through standardized methods and market intelligence, the unit aids project teams by coordinating prompt procurement in sync with donor standard procedures and corporate guideline.
The Associate Manager, Procurement aids the organizing and implementation of procurement initiatives across eHA, making sure adherence with corporate and donor guidelines.
The position enables prompt entry to goods and solutions by coordinating procurement processes, supplier relations, and agreement effectiveness.

Deep knowledge of procurement rules, agreement administration, and procurement methods
Capability to head interdepartmental alignment and supplier bargain
Sound judgment in analyzing procurement risks and making sure adherence
Clear communication and participant relation across processes
Proven expertise coordinating international, comprehensive procurement cycles (procurement, offering, bargain, agreement administration, adherence, and logistics)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Stock Chain, Business Management, or relevant field; MSC preferred.
Qualifications: Applicable a member of a professional body (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) necessary.
Expertise: At least 6 years of procurement expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in an NGO or donor-financed environment.
