Job position

The Growth Site engineer is the owner of the process of service site purchase, renovations and installation in our growth process into new sites. The Growth Building person  finds appropriate service sites, discusses terms, leases, procure tools, renovates, installs, audits and signs off on those assigned sites according to our organisation’s predefined guidelines.

Responsibilites

• Evaluate authorized sites and recognize appropriate solutions sites, shops / plots of land for leasing that meet our defined guidelines.
• Oversee the lease or purchase of shops or plot of land that meet our service site evaluation benchmarks.
• Evaluate the obtained service site and recognize preparations or renovations qualifications.
• Oversee the procurement of suitable furniture generating factories/service providers that meet the set evaluation benchmarks to generate Jaza furniture and install hubs across assigned sites.
• Request, procure, take dispatch and record necessary items, technical resources needed for the finalization of the work.
• Ensure accessibility of furniture across assigned regions/sites undergoing Growth to guarantee there are no setbacks in the set timelines.
• Track renovations and building needs and constantly documentation need for resources, materials and tools with letter of recommendation to the set targets across assigned sites undergoing Growth
• Oversee quality checklists and make sure that they are was aligned with in the process of purchase, renovation and building.
• Work productively with engineers, stock chain, and other building teams, making sure smooth unification between different parts of the project.
• Record and documentation achievements reached during this process.

Credentials

• A applicable academic qualification in Building Management, Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years practical experience in similar position.
• Comprehension of the entire building process, which includes shop or land bargain, leasing and purchase, renovation, on-site project setup, furnishing and foundation work, and structural assembly.
• Capability to analyze plans and design requirements, especially for our customized hubs, making sure they meet both the structural and electrical needs for solar system setups.
• Capability to think critically and come up with initiatives for unique or sophisticated building hurdles, especially when operating with already built shops.
• Good data collection, logical, and status updates competencies.
• Capability to pledge to high level quality benchmarks.
• Effective communication competencies to interact with suppliers, service providers, and other participants and clarify sophisticated technical notions in simple terms.
• Capability to operate independently, interact with people of different profile, cultures, languages and to commute often to remote sites.
